World Wide Nate: African Adventures mission is to demystify travel to Africa for the average American millennial, and to celebrate & make accessible the amazing culture, the cuisine and the action & adventure opportunities that are literally everywhere. (Africa is not one thing, it is literally the perfect combination of all these things and more.)
Throughout the season you’ll see me travel to many places such as, Drakesnberg to go mountain climbing at the intersection of SA and Lesotho; Kenya to run with the wildebeests, Lesotho to bike the hills of Roma, Zambia to water raft the Zambezi River, Zimbabwe to helicopter over Victoria Falls (one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World), Rwanda to visit the mountain gorillas, and the Congo to hike to the top of the Nyiragongo volcano and sleep overnight at one of the largest lava lakes in the world.
